Ross Freedman and Rightpoint’s extraordinary growth since 2007

Since its inception in 2007, Rightpoint, a Genpact company, has grown into a leading digital consultancy both in the United States and abroad. Rightpoint helps the world's most recognizable brands build digital experiences that transform their organisation via insight, strategy, design, and technology.

Ross Freedman and Brad Schneider founded Righpoint in 2007.  Ross and Brad were two college friends who dreamed of creating a technology consultancy business. In 15 years, the company grew to 800 employees globally

The company has worked with organizations around the world to help them improve customer and employee experiences through strategy, design, and technology. Rightpoint now has offices in New York, Boston, London, Sydney, LA, Oakland, Dallas, Atlanta, Denver, and Detroit.

In 2015, Rightpoint expanded nationally using a $55 million investment from a private equity firm in New York. With this investment, Rightpoint acquired 4 companies from 2016-to 2019.  The acquired companies’ capabilities range from digital marketing to mobile digital products to CRM. In 2020, Rightpoint was recognized by Forrester as one of the top Customer Experience Strategy companies in the world.

Throughout his career, Ross advised many of the most iconic brands in the world and executed successful digital transformation programs for these organizations. Through his leadership, Ross consulted with these brands and created world-class customer and employee experience solutions in areas such as multi-channel digital marketing, web and mobile digital products, CRM, cloud, and analytics.
