He has counseled various Fortune 500 organizations in the business of real estate development and marketing, including Westinghouse Credit Corporation, and is the author of Tax Deed Connexion the American Way, which is now available through Amazon Books.

Martin Irving Price, an American real estate developer, and entrepreneur were born in Holbrook, New York, in 1939. He served in the United States Army Security Agency from 1959 to 1962, worked as campaign manager for Congressman Seymour Spellman in Maryland's 8th Congressional District, and was employed by Air India as a Senior Sales Representative in Washington, DC from 1966 to 1967 before starting his real estate business. Price has over 50 years of experience as a Realtor, Land Developer, and Appraiser.
