Emerest Connect Launches An Innovative Interactive TV Studio for the Homebound Community in Collaboration with Samsung

First of its Kind Programming to Make Life Happier and Healthier for Homebound Elderly Patients Through Innovative Interactive TV Studio.

May 20, 2022, New York, NY. Emerest Connect is proud to announce that it has just opened the first interactive TV studio of its kind for elderly people who live alone in New York and New Jersey. The latest Emerest Connect Studio has been launched in collaboration with Samsung.

Based in Brooklyn, Emerest Connect is a remote technology healthcare company founded by Josh Klein and Jack Bernath. It is dedicated to keeping senior patients healthy and happy in the comfort of their homes.

Emerest Connect Studio is an all-inclusive studio that focuses on making patients happier and healthier through interactive gamification (games like trivia and bingo), social work, group sessions, and guest appearances to educate and engage patients in classes like embroidery, cooking, and more. The company is looking forward to expanding the Emerest Connect studio services across the nation.

"Original programming is the next step in keeping homebound patients happy, healthy, and engaged," said Josh Klein, CEO of Emerest. "The studio will offer patients an amazing opportunity to take part in fun interactive games, social work, group sessions, and more. We are not only focused on the physical well-being of patients but also on their mental and emotional well-being."

"Our effort is to ensure that our elderly community does not have to miss out on joy and fun even when they are homebound. Since it is interactive, they will have something new and unique to experience with the studio. We would also like to take this opportunity to express our heartfelt gratitude to Samsung for believing in our mission and for collaborating with us."

Emerest Connect is a project started by a dedicated team of home healthcare professionals. It is based in the middle of Brooklyn and offers remote patient monitoring services. Their services are given through an easy-to-use Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 tablet that both caregivers and patients can use.

"By utilizing the Samsung TAB A Series Tablets, we are providing nurses and personal caregivers speed and accuracy, while leveraging Samsung's healthcare technology expertise to increase the efficiency and data accessibility for the mobile home care workforce of Emerest Connect," added Trevor Smith, Head of Business Development with Samsung Healthcare, Mobile B2B.

The remote tech-based healthcare platform supports patients with a comprehensive range of services, ranging from medication management to assistance from licensed social workers to remote vital sign tracking to on-call doctor visits and more.

"We assist patients with diverse medication management services, including but not limited to medication refills, maintenance of medication schedules, change of medication when needed, and more. We create a customized medication schedule as per the patient's specific needs," stated COO Jack Bernath.

The Samsung tablet will provide access to live and on-demand content as part of Emerest Connect's telehealth program.

Emerest Connect also helps patients by having nurses on call 24/7, a nutrition program run by certified nutritionists, and an ambulance service that runs all the time. The facility encourages the homebound elderly community to engage in an active social life through various social networking activities.

"We are available 24/7 to take care of your health needs."
