Simply lift any Glow and give it a gentle wiggle to turn it on at the softest light setting. Once on, you can twist it to adjust brightness.
When a group of Glow lights is on, you can temporarily use one of them independently by pressing and holding the button on that Glow for three seconds. Normal group behavior will resume the next time you turn them on, or if you hold the button again for three seconds.
Since UPS is a third party, they’re unable to 100% guarantee that your order will be delivered on a specific date—occasionally a weather or operational delay could impact your delivery by a day or so. They recommend keeping a close eye on your order’s tracking numbers. That said, you can rest assured they’ll do everything in our power to target your delivery date.

As soon as your order ships out, they will send over a shipping confirmation email with tracking number(s) you can use to follow the progress of your package.
Once you’ve placed your order, their products typically ship from their respective facilities within 1-2 business days. Once a product has shipped, you’ll receive a UPS tracking number that you can use to follow your package as it makes its way to you.
If you’ve opted into their In-Home Delivery and Setup option, your order may initially ship via UPS to our local delivery hub. Once all of the items in your order arrive at the hub, our delivery partner will contact you to schedule a delivery date that works best.

Weighted blankets are designed to help you fall asleep and stay asleep. Their weighted blanket is designed for relaxation, with the weight offering a cozy, calming feel.
If you decide that your Casper products aren’t right for you within your trial period, they’re happy to help troubleshoot or initiate the return process. For smaller items like their bedding, pillows, and dog beds, you can visit our return center. From there, you’ll print a prepaid shipping label and drop the box off at UPS. Provided the items are received in donatable condition, they will process a full refund once they receive them back at their facility.
For larger items like mattresses or furniture, please contact them at +1 888-498-0003 or support@casper.com to initiate your return. They will work with you to arrange a pickup through a local charity or recycling partner and refund you in full.

During your scheduled time frame, their delivery partner will bring your new Casper products to the appropriate room, unbox them, and remove any additional packaging.
Their delivery partner will call you to schedule your delivery date once they have all of your products ready to go at their local hub. The night before delivery they will reach out to confirm your four-hour delivery window.
Some customers in New York City and Los Angeles can schedule a two-hour delivery window during the checkout process.
For both programs, you can also add on a removal service to remove and recycle your previously owned mattress and foundation/box spring within the same time window. To be eligible for removal of a mattress and boxspring, those same items must be purchased through Casper. An order with one mattress will have one mattress eligible for removal. An order with one foundation and an old box spring/foundation would also be eligible for removal. All mattresses removed using Casper’s In-Home Delivery and Setup service must be in sanitary condition.
Please note that their delivery partner does not remove bed frames. In addition, their partners are limited to arranging and setting up Casper products only.
