Elbatrawy has always been passionate about helping people find their dream homes, and the Egyptian-American CEO of Platform Leaders LLC and licensed partner of Engel & Volkers Orlando, has certainly made a name for himself in the real estate industry.

"Customers come and spend an hour or two in our stores even if they're not buying anything. They want to get an idea, look at the product, feel it, touch it, and ask questions. We treat our customers luxuriously, and we do a lot of events and parties. We are trying to make the shopping experience different," Elbatrawy says.

Known for his kinetic negotiation skills and emphasis on relationships, Elbatrawy has also been successful in listing and selling high-end celebrity homes. The joint efforts of Engel & Volkers Beverly Hills and Engel & Volkers Orlando resulted in the co-listing of a Beverly Hills mansion owned by Saudi billionaire businessman Sheikh Saleh Abdullah Kamel. The asking price of the property was $28,000,000.

Elbatrawy has also sold the homes of several well-known Arab celebrities, including Egyptian film actor Hany Ramzy.

What's in store in 2022?

Platform Leaders LLC is preparing to launch homes.com.eg, an online marketplace that leverages revolutionary search tools, CRM and lead-generation platforms. Homes.com.eg is one of the most anticipated digital developments in real estate history, and will start in the Middle East, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
