What about Competitors
There is no comparison. The meat, seafood and vegies are fresher and more wholesome than their competitors, Coles & Woolies. Sometimes the prices are higher, but you aren’t going to cop the same snap frozen fruit and vegies that are synonymous with Coles & Woolies.
Their competitive advantage is that they are literally based out of the markets in Flemington, so they get first dibs on the quality produce before anyone else.

X Factor
The website is really cool. They have a recipe section which is largely written by a famous Sydney based chef. Obviously the recipes require you to purchase ingredients from Harris Farm, but they are simply amazing (Jamie Oliver, eat your heart out).
What about the Downsides?
There aren’t many. Some items can be a bit pricey, but if you are looking for the most nutritious and organic produce you can find in NSW, then Harris Farm Markets is your best bet.
I also like supporting smaller, family run businesses and if you do too, this is another reason to shop with Harris Farm. The company was established in 1971, with a single shop in Villawood, New South Wales. In 2010, David Harris, the founder, was preparing to pass on leadership of the business to three of his five sons who work in the business.
