February 2021 Review
Best Business Incorporation Service
Starting a business doesn’t need to be hard, or take a long time. We review a couple of market leaders and call out their strengths and weaknesses are called out below.
#1: Nolo – starting at $49 for a LLC setup (state depended), they were fast, cheap and compliant. across every state in the US.
#2 LegalZoom – although a good option with similar prices, their service was not rated as highly by customers.
Let’s take each in turn:
Our Conclusion
They all have pros and cons. Nolo is our top choice as it is the cheaper option when it comes to setting up a new business or corporation. They had the best prices, and a great DIY kit that was straightforward and saved us thousands on legal fees Also, we loved their customer support. LegalZoom, also had a great service, but after reading customers reviews, we found more people preferred Nolo service, not to mention they had more competitive prices.
Both of them are good options when it came to setting up a business, agency or any legal entity. Pricing did vary by state so be sure to check both options, but after reviewing price, service, customer reviews and speed of incorporation, we liked Nolo the most.

MailChimp is a good second choice being an all-in-one Marketing Platform for small business with a smaller feature set, and Marketo is on our last spot due to their higher plan pricing although they have grown into a leader in marketing automation.
All of them monetise users and marketing automation, and in that regard you could start at the beginning of the list and work down to see which one suits you best.
