Fact Checked By Fernando Camacho

There are plenty of project management solutions on the market, but in this article we review two solutions head-to-head, Trello & Asana, and call out their strengths and weaknesses below.

#1: Trello – Free plan for individuals and only $10 per user, per month for business package.

#2: Asana – Basic plans are free, and paid plans range from $10 to $24.99 per month per user.

Both offer bespoke pricing for Enterprise customers depending on your requirements

Our Conclusion

Trello is free for any number of users, which we loved. We also loved Trello’s card-based task/project management system, its so intuitive so there’s hardly any learning curve.  Asana’s learning curve is substantial and is intended for projects which have a rigorous processes. Also, Asana’s export ability was lacking.

Thats not to say Asana is a bad project management tool. However if you are after absolute simplicity and easy to grasp, we recommend trying Trello first.
