April 2021 Review
Best Project Management Software
There are plenty of project management solutions on the market, but in this article we review two solutions head-to-head, Notion & Asana, and call out their strengths and weaknesses below.
#1: Notion – Personal plan is free, and paid plans range from $4-$8 per seat/month.
#2: Asana – Basic plans are free, but the paid plans are more expensive than Notion for similar functionality, they range from $10 to $24.99 per month per seat.
Both offer bespoke pricing for Enterprise customers depending on your requirements.
Our Conclusion
Notion helps you Plan, track, and do all your work in one place. Notion keeps everyone aligned with a shared project roadmap. Asana is intended for projects which have a rigorous process associated with them and is typically used by small teams working on projects together.
Asana’s learning curve is substantial and is intended for projects which have a rigorous process. Also, Asana’s exportability was lacking.
Not to say Asana is a bad project management tool. However, if you are looking for an all-in-one workspace for your notes, tasks, wikis, and databases we recommend trying Notion first.
