Our Conclusion
In the end, Fullstory just offered a more Intuitive digital experience with analytics that provide a complete picture that allowed us to implement high-impact improvements. Smartlook also offered a good solution too, their platform had great UX, but Fullstory had more integrations.
After careful consideration, we recommend giving Fullstory a trial first, after all its free. You can always scale it if needed later.
