ConnectWise Manage rated number one due to its very simple support tickets organization system. The different boards in Manage are what really make this product great. They are made for companies that sell, service, and support technology- from managed service providers and cloud service providers to managed print, VOIP, VARs.
Don’t get us wrong, Zendesk is also good, and they’re big and fully customizable help desk solution.
However if you are after a simple software that tracks everything, we recommend trying ConnectWise first.
