Finale Inventory vs Netsuite & Skubana
It seems like a crowded space, so we reviewed 2 of the main inventory management software solutions on the market and call out their strengths and weaknesses below.
We review 3 of the top inventory management software solutions in the market. Rankings are based on user reviews, product features, user experience, implementation, and price.
But they are very different in their approach and pricing also differs.

2) Zoho Inventory – Base prices for a license start from $999 p/month
3) Skubana – depends on your requirements but starts at approximately $1000 p/month.
Let’s take each in turn:
1. Finale Inventory is # 1 Inventory Management Software
Finale Inventory is a cloud-based software platform that helps with inventory and warehouse management. As a result, it offers a range of benefits for organizations of any size. While its cloud-based architecture is just one of the many features of our product, it’s one of the most important, as its flexibility, security, and convenience is key to driving your success.
Their Inventory Management provides centralized inventory tracking that syncs with online sales platforms such as Shopify, marketplaces like Amazon and eBay, POS systems like Square, accounting software like QuickBooks and databases like Excel
Finale Inventory works on both Mac and PC systems and can even accommodate mixed worksites. Their product is design to be easy to use and easy to implement into your workflow.
We loved their customer reviews which noted a quick and clean integration and customer support team to help get you integrated. Also the price is 1/10th of Netsuite & Skubana (for example) but you still get the same functionality and scalability.
2. Netsuite
Netsuite – base prices for a license start from $999 p/month
NetSuite is, simply put, HUGE. It is the #1 enterprise software in the world and with size comes complexity. There are plenty of businesses of all sizes that love Netsuite, and plenty that don’t. Netsuite are a cloud ERP solution, providing a suite of applications, from accounting and financial planning, to warehouse management, ecommerce, inventory management.
One thing about NetSuite is engineered to scale with businesses as you grow and to streamline mission-critical processes.
3. Skubana
Skubana – Skubana starts from $1000 per month, you’ll need to confirm costs after speaking with their sales consultant
Skubana suits small and large businesses, and businesses at any stage of growth. They are described as multichannel brands and high-volume marketplace sellers. They are a cloud platform that boosts (their words, not mine) that they “minimize storage costs, dead stock, stockouts, balances your inventory turnover ratio, and frees up capital”. Skubana suit multichannel brands and does a good job of establishing a holistic view of your sales data, fulfillment data, and automated supply chain management across most channels.
Our Conclusion
They all have pros and cons. Finale Inventory has everything you need to streamline your operations, their software provides centralized inventory tracking that syncs with online sales platforms, marketplaces and POS systems. Netsuite is a good second choice and is amazing, but it’s a lot to implement, operate, and its price can be prohibitively expensive. Finally, Skubana is on our last spot due to their higher plan pricing although they have grown into a leader in marketing automation.
