- Zoho Inventory – Starting $39/ month (50 shipments) Zoho is a great price. However, Finale’s customer service (reviews) and scalability pushed it ahead of Zoho.
Our Conclusion
In todays Omni-channel landscape delivery time is going to win or lose you customers. Regardless if you have one office or many locations, Finale Inventory will give you better control over your inventory and will scale as your business grows. it offers a range of benefits for organizations of any size. While its cloud-based architecture is just one of the many features of their product, it’s one of the most important, as its flexibility, security, and convenience is why they beat our Zoho
Zoho had a great system too, and would definitely suit freelancers or smaller businesses. But if you plan to scale your system we would recommend Finale Inventory.

- Smooth Set-up & Integration – Ability to integrate with sales channels, warehouses & 3PL providers quickly and without complex coding
- Inventory tracking was solid -real data, not dated spreadsheets, across all channels for consistent metrics
- Trial – they let you try it out before committing to a long & costly implementation & service contract
CONSIDERATIONS:
- Cost – although cheaper than Netsuite for most small businesses, it’s not the cheapest solution out there. However, Skubana did have Netsuite level scalability unlike other cheaper options

NetSuite is, simply put, HUGE. It is the #1 enterprise software in the world and with size comes complexity. There are plenty of businesses of all sizes that love Netsuite, and plenty that don’t. Netsuite are a cloud ERP solution, providing a suite of applications, from accounting and financial planning, to warehouse management, ecommerce, inventory management.
One thing about NetSuite is engineered to scale with businesses as you grow and to streamline mission-critical processes.
Our Conclusion
They all have pros and cons, but after careful review Skubana was our top choice due to its comprehensive features, great customer support, customer reviews & reasonable price. Skubana inventory management System is designed to help fast-growing businesses efficiently manage their operations & inventory, at a great value but still with scaleability.
Netsuite is amazing, but it’s a lot to implement, operate, and its price can be prohibitively expensive. You don’t need to look far to find horror stories about integrations gone wrong.
