Fact Checked By Fernando Camacho

It seems like a crowded space, but we like 3 of the main inventory management software in market and call out their strengths and weaknesses below.

We review 3 of the top inventory management software solutions in the market. Rankings are based on user reviews, product features, user experience, implementation, and price.

But they are very different in their approach and pricing also differs.

1) ArbiMed – $100/month Base Service Fee for ArbiMed Inventory

2) Netsuite –
Base prices for a license start from $999 p/month

3) Skubana – depends on your requirements but starts at approximately $1000 p/month.

Let’s take each in turn:

1. ArbiMed is # 1 Inventory Management Software

Customer Reviews

Parkview Medical Clinic
Simply put amazing. We are a small not profit clinic located in Haines City, FL. Our clinic was on a paper and pen model and we were in the process of transitioning when we discovered ArbiMed. Let me say, it was the best decision we made. The product was very simple to use and it streamlined our inventory process tremendously. I just want to say thank you so much.
Rober Cizik Eye Clinic
I am one of the oldest customers of ArbiMed. I have successfully used it for over 5 years now. I even participated in a promotional video at one time. The cloud based software is easy to use, suits my clinic, and helps me to keep our supplies "just in time". It saves us money. I highly recommend ArbiMed to any company in need of inventory software.

2. Netsuite

Netsuite – base prices for a license start from $999 p/month

NetSuite is, simply put, HUGE. It is the #1 enterprise software in the world and with size comes complexity. There are plenty of businesses of all sizes that love Netsuite, and plenty that don’t. Netsuite are a cloud ERP solution, providing a suite of applications, from accounting and financial planning, to warehouse management, ecommerce, inventory management.

One thing about NetSuite is engineered to scale with businesses as you grow and to streamline mission-critical processes.

3. Skubana

Skubana – Skubana starts from $1000 per month, you’ll need to confirm costs after speaking with their sales consultant

Skubana suits small and large businesses, and businesses at any stage of growth. They are described as multichannel brands and high-volume marketplace sellers. They are a cloud platform that boosts (their words, not mine) that they “minimize storage costs, dead stock, stockouts, balances your inventory turnover ratio, and frees up capital”. Skubana suit multichannel brands and does a good job of establishing a holistic view of your sales data, fulfillment data, and automated supply chain management across most channels.

Our Conclusion

They all have pros and cons. ArbiMed has everything you need to streamline your operations, you can automate your medical product intelligence and inventory management process. Netsuite is a good second choice and is amazing, but it’s a lot to implement, operate, and its price can be prohibitively expensive.  Finally, Skubana is on our last spot due to their higher plan pricing although they have grown into a leader in marketing automation.
