Our Conclusion
Smartlook is not only the best for those looking to track customer behaviour, its also the cheaper of the two. Fullstory is a good solution for companies looking to track specific audiences and offers a nice UX but not sure its worth the extra money.
In the end, both are similar, so we would suggest trialing Smartlook first before paying more with Fullstory.
